About Cartoons Heardle
What is Cartoons Heardle?
Cartoons Heardle is a free music quiz in the browser, inspired by Heardle: you hear 1 s of a cartoon theme track and guess the cartoon, with longer clips if you need them. Every day brings a new daily challenge, the same for everyone, plus a 30-level quest and unlimited free play.
How the Cartoons Heardle daily challenge works
Every day brings one new track, the same for every player. You hear 1 s of it and have 3 tries to find the cartoon (or its title, for a bonus); each miss or skip unlocks a longer clip (1 s, 4 s and 8 s).
Win to grow your streak, then share your result without spoiling the answer. Past days can be replayed from the calendar, but they do not count toward stats or the streak.
70s and 80s cartoon theme songs
Goldorak, Albator, Captain Future, Ulysses 31 or The Mysterious Cities of Gold: the Japanese, French and American cartoons of the 70s and 80s had their own theme songs in France, often sung by Noam, Jean-Jacques Debout, Bernard Minet or Claude Lombard. The clip is always the French theme song: say which cartoon it comes from.
