What is FromSoftware Heardle?

FromSoftware Heardle is a free music quiz in the browser, inspired by Heardle: you hear 1 s of a FromSoftware track and guess the game, with longer clips if you need them. Every day brings a new daily challenge, the same for everyone, plus a 30-level quest and unlimited free play.

How the FromSoftware Heardle quest works

The quest is a 30-level pass whose challenges rotate between game modes. You get one try a day, plus one if you beat the daily challenge, and every few levels unlock XP and cosmetics.

Three cups can also be played without limit: Novice (5 well-known tracks, 3 hearts), Veteran (8 tracks, clip shifted by 20 s, 2 hearts) and Final Boss (5 rare tracks, clip shifted by 15 s, 1 heart).

The music of FromSoftware

Shunsuke Kida, Motoi Sakuraba, Yuka Kitamura and Tsukasa Saitoh gave FromSoftware games their choirs and orchestras: nearly every boss has its own theme, from Gwyn to Malenia. Expansions (Artorias of the Abyss, The Old Hunters, The Ringed City, Shadow of the Erdtree) count as their base game, and Armored Core VI brings Kota Hoshino's electronic score.
