About Disney Heardle

What is Disney Heardle?

Disney Heardle is a free music quiz in the browser, inspired by Heardle: you hear 1 s of a Disney & Pixar track and guess the film, with longer clips if you need them. Every day brings a new daily challenge, the same for everyone, plus a 30-level quest and unlimited free play.

How to play Disney Heardle

Press play to hear 1 s of a track, then type the film. Not sure? Unlock a longer clip (1 s, 3 s, 6 s and 12 s): the sooner you answer, the more points you score (4, 3, 2, 1). Name the exact track title afterwards for one more point. You start with 3 hearts and lose one per mistake.

Free play has several modes: Classic, Sudden death (one heart), Time attack (90 seconds), Reverse (find the right clip among three) and Single game. Correct answers in a row build a combo, and the best scores go on the leaderboard.

The music of Disney and Pixar

From the 1930s classics to recent films, Disney songs were written by composers such as Alan Menken, Elton John, Lin-Manuel Miranda or Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, while Pixar films are carried by Randy Newman or Michael Giacchino. The clip is often enough to hum along, but can you say which film it comes from?

166 tracks from 48 films: Frozen, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Frozen II, Encanto, Mary Poppins, Aladdin, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Tarzan, The Princess and the Frog, Coco, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, Cinderella, Peter Pan, The Aristocats, The Lion King, Pocahontas, Hercules, Mulan, Tangled, Moana, Dumbo, Alice in Wonderland, Lady and the Tramp, The Jungle Book, Wish, Moana 2, Toy Story, The Incredibles and 18 more.
